香港防癌會《心願計劃》專注為晚期癌症患者實現他們的心願清單，讓他們感受願望成真的喜樂和希望。項目為十位年滿18歲或以上之癌症病人在患病晚期能達成願望，願望如下:參觀香港著名的旅遊景點或主題樂園; 或欣賞文娛節目; 或拍攝或拍錄個人特輯; 或剪髮服務、與家人/朋友享用美食或舉辦生日會; 或接載病患者回家休養。為協助行動不便之病人可安全地外出達成願望，香港防癌會將以特別改造之醫療車輛接載病人，並安排專職醫療人員陪同。
淨緣慈善基金、社會創新及創業發展基金、Social Impact Partners (SIP) 及顧積善堂慈善基金合作，撥款資助社企「抗癌會再現歡顏牙科中心有限公司」設立首個無障礙牙科診所及口腔護理教育中心。項目旨在為有特殊需要的人士（包括癌症病人、有照顧需要的長者、傷健人士及特殊教育需要的學童）提供質素高且可負擔的牙科服務，以提升其生活質素。項目將向1,000名合資格人士提供牙科治療資助；舉辦48場面授清潔及護理口腔的課程和工作坊；並將舉辦四次公眾大型展覽，製作口腔衛生教育短片及小冊子，以提高公眾對口腔健康的關注。
