In the partnership with our funder partner, Ms Bonnie Zhang, and The Vera Ruttonjee Desai Charitable Fund, the JY Foundation is pleased to support the “Subsidised Breast Cancer Screening Programme for Community Women” operated by the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation. The programme will benefit 854 underprivileged women aged 40 to 74 who have never undergone breast cancer screening, receiving fully or partially subsidised screening services, encouraging them to take the vital first step toward early detection.
We aim to encourage women to have a regular breast health examination and improve early detection rates across the community.
