由保良局主辦、淨緣慈善基金贊助的「社區基層人士牙科護理資助計劃」，旨在為不少於150名經濟困難及需要牙科診療的55歲或以上中高齡人士提供牙科服務。該服務包括口腔檢查、洗牙、X光檢查、牙體修復（補牙）及非手術性脫牙，協助患者解決牙齒問題。此外，計劃還將舉辦五場牙齒健康教育講座，以提高公眾對口腔健康的關注。

淨緣慈善基金、社會創新及創業發展基金、Social Impact Partners (SIP) 及顧積善堂慈善基金合作，撥款資助社企「抗癌會再現歡顏牙科中心有限公司」設立首個無障礙牙科診所及口腔護理教育中心。項目旨在為有特殊需要的人士（包括癌症病人、有照顧需要的長者、傷健人士及特殊教育需要的學童）提供質素高且可負擔的牙科服務，以提升其生活質素。項目將向1,000名合資格人士提供牙科治療資助；舉辦48場面授清潔及護理口腔的課程和工作坊；並將舉辦四次公眾大型展覽，製作口腔衛生教育短片及小冊子，以提高公眾對口腔健康的關注。
