The Jing Yuan Charity Foundation and the Drs. Richard Charles & Esther Yewpick Lee Charitable Foundation, jointly sponsor the Hong Kong Society for the Blind’s “Bright Smile Scheme”. This initiative aims to provide dental care services for low-income or unemployed visually impaired and deafblind individuals, helping them alleviate dental problems. Services include oral examinations, scaling, X-rays, fillings and non-surgical tooth extractions, with each beneficiary receiving a subsidy of up to HKD 2,000.
